The Compass Health Helpline is a confidential resource available to all Compass employees, residents, families, or community members to report any suspected or observed inappropriate comments or actions, violations of state or federal law or any other concerns of which you feel need to be addressed.
The Helpline is a local number available for you to leave your concerns with at any time – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To assist Compass Health with addressing your concern, please provide enough detail to allow us to investigate fully without revealing your identity if you choose to remain anonymous. If you would like a follow up regarding your complaint, please leave some form of contact information. Compass Health will not retaliate against any employee or individual reporting to the Compass Health Helpline.
